Unacceptable Use Policy

The Unacceptable Use Policy is a basic list of the things you cannot do.
This list of things you cannot do/host are as follows:

Warez
Either hosting or linking to Warez is highly illegal, and not allowed.
Cracks
Either hosting or linking to cracks or serials is highly illegal, and not allowed.
Streaming
We do now allow the streaming of content from our servers. This includes such things as Internet radio.
Illegal Media
Media is anything which can be stored electronically, software, music, games, ect. An example of a violation of this rule would be, putting mp3s which were not produced by you on your account.
Adult Content
As well as anything which people under the age of 12 aren't permitted to view by US law.
Music and Videos
To host ANY music or video you should get the permission for what you specifically want to host first. You aren't allowed to host any content, copyrighted or not, unless it was specifically produced by you, in it's entirety. We aren't going to kill you for hosting music and videos, and it is allowed, but we check many server and access logs, and if we see unusual activity on your account, it would be beneficial for you to have told us beforehand, what you are going to host exactly, if it's video or audio.
Large Files
Large files are generally those which are over a few megabytes. There is no set limit, and isn't really a resources issue, we just don't want people hosting illegal things. If you're walking a fine line - watchout!
Non Content Websites
Websites which consist only of links or pictures aren't allowed.
File Storage
This is hosting, not file storage. Don't use it for file storage, don't host too many achieves or other files of such nature - as to make that a disproportionally significant aim of your account, without the explicit permission of the author.
Other Sites TOS
You must not break other sites TOS if you are hosted with us. An example of this would be taking a script from a script-site which required that you credit the author, and you not giving this credit to them.
Torrent Files and Torrents
Absolutely NO torrents or ANYTHING to do with them!!!
No IRC Servers or any IRC related things
These include PHP IRC scripts and such things.
If you do anything on the above list your hosting account will be terminated or possibly suspended.
